After the great tsunami of 2004, some infrastructure still stood in Aceh province of Indonesia. But the earthquake of January 12, 2010 left Haiti with nothing to stand on. The whole world is speechless at this speech of Hugo Chavez. The debate about HAARP started in the world. Even after the earthquake in Haiti, HAARP came to trending. In addition, it is written in the Russian military journal that HAARP is capable of reversing the Earth's magnetic poles. More and more such books of information and data began to circulate around the world. HAARP was founded in 1993 in the Galoka region of Alaska, USA. The aim of this program is to observe or study the Ionosphere, the highest layer of the Earth's atmosphere. HAARP scientists believe that if this ionosphere can be properly observed, it will open new doors of radio waves or particle physics. In 2014, this highly criticized science project was handed over to the University of Alaska, FAIRBANKS by the US Government.

So why is such a humanitarian science project so critical and artificially created destructive natural disasters so terrible blame?

The first reason for this criticism and blame was its secrecy. Since the construction of HAARP, it has been kept as secret and hidden as AREA51. And breaking the antennas of the electricity generating grid in various countries around the world is announced as part of HAARP. Apart from this, some other isolated incidents also started happening in different parts of America. For example, two Jordanian citizens were arrested by the County Sheriff with heavy weapons such as ARIS. Whose goal was to destroy this mind and nature controller HAARP.

At the end of this huge Conspiracy Theory, there is only one question that is, is HAARP really a weapon to create artificial natural disasters in America? That is, is it really able to do all the terrible natural disasters?

The answer is, “No”. The scientists working on the project broke the arrows of false accusations against HAARP at the beginning. They say all natural disasters on Earth occur in the Troposphere and Stratosphere. And HAARP works in the Ionosphere region. Again, Professor Umran Inan of Stamford University broke the misconceptions about HAARP reinforcement and production. And some more Physicist's Engineers said that it is impossible to produce 5.8 magnitude energy by inputting 3.6 magnitude energy and it is also unrealistic in Physics.

Now finally one question remains in this Conspiracy theory, is it really possible to artificially create an earthquake, tsunami, flood ie any natural disaster?

Yes, definitely possible. But it is not like this. According to scientists, natural disasters can be artificially created in two other ways. The first of these is fracking. Hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, is a technique for recovering gas and oil from shale rock.
